This is primarily due to the apartments located just a few meters from the sea, designed to ensure maximum comfort in a pleasant and relaxing setting.
There are 7 types of apartments available, overlooking the sea or the pine forest, accommodating 3 to 5 people.

The apartments are located on the ground or first floor.
Each boasts a private entrance, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped stovetops, basic kitchenware, and outdoor spaces with a terrace or garden for pleasant al fresco dining.
Each apartment includes a beach umbrella, a deckchair, and a sun lounger at our beach club, as well as a parking space.
Barbecue areas are available in the shared garden.

Cascata enjoys a prime location. The apartments are nestled between the blue sea and the green pine forest, an ideal setting for relaxing, lulled by the sounds of nature, surrounded by scents and colors.
It’s an oasis of peace and tranquility, where you can reconnect with yourself and forget about your daily routine.

- Beach entertainment in July and August in the mornings and afternoons (services vary depending on the schedule)
Not included in the price
Air conditioning (the service charge is €10 per day)
Final cleaning fee: €50, to be paid by the guest (this fee can be waived if guests do it themselves)
Tourist tax: €3.00 per day for guests aged 15 to 70, for the first ten days; €1.50 from the eleventh to twentieth day, and free from the twenty-first day.
